Day 1.

Arrival in Entebbe Pick-up and transfer to hotel in Kampala city.

Day 2.

Full-day city tour in Kampala Sites include Uganda National Museum, Kabaka’s palace, Gadhafi Mosque, cathedrals, Nakasero market) including local buffet lunch. Kampala Nightlife experience up to midnight including dinner.

Day 3.

Drive to Jinja. Optional adventure activities on the River Nile (Clients can choose from flat water tubing, water rafting, quad biking or bungee jumping). The sunset boat rides to the source of the Nile. Jinja Nightlife experience up to midnight including dinner.

Day 4.

Uganda-Nairobi/Kenya Morning transfer to the Entebbe town. Tour of Entebbe Zoo. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Kenya. Met at JKIA & transfer to your hotel where you are booked on Bed & Breakfast.

Day 5.

Nairobi (with Nairobi Safari Walk, Giraffe Center & Carnivore restaurant for lunch) Breakfast followed by picking up at 1030hrs for Nairobi safari walk. The Closest you can get to the Wild, Nairobi Safari Walk. With its raised wooden boardwalk that allows for uninterrupted views of the animals, the Safari Walk is a show case for Kenya’s Parks and Reserves, allowing visitors to discover what they can expect to see across the country. Visitors can see a sample of the country’s rich animal life including the rare bongo, white rhino and albino zebra as well as big cats, antelopes and primates. It is also home to some 150 species of local trees. After the tour, proceed to the famous Carnivore restaurant for lunch. The Carnivore is justifiably referred to as Africa’s Greatest Eating Experience. Twice voted amongst the world’s 50 best restaurants by UK based Restaurant magazine, the Carnivore is an amazing open-air meat specialty restaurant that has strikingly different food service and atmosphere to any other restaurant in Kenya. Whole joints of meat - legs of lamb and pork, haunches of exotic meat, rumps of beef, sirloins, racks of lamb, spareribs, sausages, chicken wings, skewered kidneys, even crocodile, and other tasty morsels - are roasted on traditional Maasai swords over a huge, visually spectacular charcoal pit that dominates the entrance of the restaurant. You will be dropped off at your hotel in the late afternoon hours. You are booked at your hotel where you are booked on Bed & Breakfast basis. At 1300 hrs, proceed to the Giraffe Centre. Giraffe Centre was established to save the endangered Rothschild giraffe. The Rothschild giraffe had lost its natural habitat in western Kenya due sub-division and resettlement and only 130 Rothschild giraffe were remaining. The Giraffe Centre is home for about 14 resident Rothschild giraffes. At the Giraffe Centre, you will be able to hand feed, observe and even kiss the friendly Rothschild giraffes. Visitors at the Giraffe Centre get a chance to come into close contact with these remarkable, graceful animals. Later be dropped by your hotel where you are booked on Bed & Breakfast.

Day 6.

Nairobi /Masai Mara National Reserve Depart Nairobi after breakfast after and drive through the floor of the Rift Valley to the world famous Masai Mara game reserve, with Stopover at Great Rift valley Viewpoint arriving at La Maison Royale Mara or Keekorok Lodge in time for lunch. Short siesta and at 1600 hrs, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7.

Masai Mara National Reserve with a visit to Masai Village Full day activities in the Mara. Morning game drive searching for the Kenya Big five. Afternoon, visit Masai Village to discover Masai cultural practices & how they live. Witness the Masai Warriors high jumpers with women dancers. Afterward, the game drives en-route to the lodge. All meals and overnight at La Maison Royale Mara or Keekorok Lodge

Day 8.

Nairobi/Zanzibar Breakfast, followed by check-out with packed lunch for a drop off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Met at Kisauni International airport & Transfer to your hotel where you are booked.

Day 9.

Zanzibar (with Full day Safari Blue Adventures (Pomboo) + BBQ LUNCH tour) This Full day guided tour begins and ends at your hotel. You leave after breakfast and head towards Far West of Zanzibar for a day of adventure with the Dolphins, sandbanks, and coral reefs of Menai Bay, a conservation area off Fumba village. The Tour begins after breakfast when you are picked up from your hotel and transferred in minivans to the fishing village of Fumba. Here you will be given a life jacket demonstration followed by a briefing on the excursion on the day. You will then board the dhows and set off in search of the Dolphins (85% chances). The species frequently found at Menai Bay are Spinner and Bottlenose dolphins. You will be able to swim with the dolphins as long as they stay close to the boat, but you are unlikely to be able to touch them, as they are of course wild animals. You will then go on to one of the selected snorkeling locations. Here you will snorkel while accompanied by a snorkeling guide to show you points of interest and to assist the beginners. Snorkel equipment will be provided. You will then move on to another island or sandbank for lunch. Lunch is a traditional Zanzibar meal and typically includes a selection of BBQ fish, rice, lentils and fish curry. Chilled fresh fruit juice, mineral water and bottled soft drinks are available throughout the day. You will spend the remainder of the afternoon relaxing, swimming or snorkeling. Return to Fumba by sail, if winds permit; set off around 16h00 in your minivans and transferred back to your hotel where you are booked.

Day 10.

Zanzibar (with Stone Town & Prison Island tour) Breakfast and at 0900 hrs, commence the day’s excursions by embarking on a 3-hour tour of Stone Town. Zanzibar is an old town endowed with a very rich cultural heritage. The tour will include walking/ drive to the city market, which opened in 1904. Then proceed to the Anglican Church of Christ built by Bishop Steers in 1874 on the site of old slave market, the Slave Chambers then the auction table in the old slave market. You will then drive or walk to The National Museum of Zanzibar, currently known as the House of Wonders, which opened in 1925. Then a drive along the beach road up to Forodhani Gardens where you will see the Old British Consulate, the Arab Fort built (1700), High Court Building, Old German Consulate, Africa House, Tip Tip House, kelele Square, Old Fort, Forodhani Gardens, Sultan Palace now Palace Museum, former French Hotel in Zanzibar, Custom House, Old Dispensary and Old Harbor. A leisure walks through the narrow streets of Stone town where most of the houses date back to more than two hundred and fifty years is fulfilling and a chance to meet the Zanzibari people. The final place will be the Maruhubi Palace Ruins built by the third Sultan of Zanzibar in (1880) and Dr. Livingstone House built in (1866). Lunch on your own arrangements and board a boat for a short ride to Prison Island, which is a small isle off the Western Coast of Zanzibar. This historical Island was formerly owned by an Arab and used for the confinement of refractory slaves. It was bought by General Mathews and the jail which still stands was built in 1893 and hence the name "PRISON ISLAND". It is home to giant tortoises that were imported from the Seychelles in the late 19th century. It is fringed with a beautiful coral reef, ideal for snorkeling, and has a lovely white beach for sunbathing. The island is ideal for a day trip with refreshments available throughout the day. It also has a small restaurant where you can enjoy freshly caught fish. In the early evening hours, you will be dropped off at your hotel.

Day 11.

Departure Breakfast followed by Transfer to the Airport for your flight back home.

FREE DAY - Last minutes shopping, beach relaxation and Departure.
